Faye is 4 months old!!! Wow, that went fast. She is no longer that squishy, newborn baby. Faye is getting strong and very social. We find her flipped on her side and tummy in the crib at night. Her gushing smile is contagious. Lately she's been sticking her tongue out to the corner of her mouth. Great Grandma Luella does this when she uses scissors. :)
Faye was taking a monster long nap during a rainstorm this week. June and I dug out the glue gun. Hah! While sitting on the kitchen counter, we dazzled up some old sunglasses with pom-poms. June loved it. Anything that has to do with dressing up is okay with her. She has a donkey that is wearing the pom-pom glasses, a tu-tu, a head band, a bracelet, and a tube top at the moment. Other big news with June....NO MORE DIAPERS!!! She just told me this week that "Princesses don't wear diapers, Mom!" Well, she's absolutely right. They don't. I'm still on edge when we go out and about. But that will soon get easier. She's such a big girl.
In case you were wondering, all 4 of our baby robins survived. Olive was able to keep her nose out of the nest. It was fun for June to watch them grow, eat worms, and learn to fly.
