Mother's Day has come and gone, but I am playing catch up with a few blog posts. We spent 90 percent of our day outside gardening, hiking, trampoline jumping, etc. The girls were fantastic, too! It's always hilarious when your kids are super cranky on your special day, which is typical at our house. This year they were so sweet and happy all day. It's like Matt had been bribing with candy. Maybe he did...anyway, it was a special day. I thought a lot about my sister, Nellie, who is expecting her first child in September. I'm so excited for her to experience being a mom. It's the best thing in the world.
